Billing

All campaigns will be charged at the end of the month, the scheduled end of the campaign, or when your account reaches a debit of $25, whichever comes first. Subsequent activity will have a 7 day grace period to allow for payment and processing, after which they will be suspended until payment is received. Delinquent accounts with unpaid invoices for more than 30 days will be suspended from all activity, and may be handled by a collection agency and/or may be reported to business review institutions.

Return Policy

Any money deposited into your account can be returned to you, at your request, under the following terms. A processing fee of $1.50 will be deducted from your account, and any promotional fees charged to your account will be adjusted for their non-promotional counterpart. Promotional credits have no cash value and may not be withdrawn from your account. They can be used to purchase any campaign, unless explicitly stated. All credits have no expiration date. Accounts can be removed at our discretion, in which case deposited money will be returned in full.
