We are a relatively new online home decor vendor with hundreds, if not thousands of products to post on our new website (via .csv upload), manage inventory levels online and maintain on an ongoing basis.  We need the products to be posted for the first time and then maintained.

We also have an incubator business on Ebay with a couple of hundred products which need to be updated and maintained.

Currently, we use an Indian company for data entry work, and they charge us $4.50 per hour.  We are looking for someone (or a company) that is reliable, trustworthry and well-priced to either work in conjunction with the Indian company or replace them.

We prefer vendors who have a proven track record and feedback history.  Successful vendor will need to sign agreement(s) before beginning work (that's how work is done in the US, we understand Israelis work differently...).

Please provide both an hourly rate and a cost per project rate.  For example, what would the cost be of preparing an initial 500 products and associated images be for the new website? etc.  And please ignore the amounts inputted for the budget and desired timeframe as we were forced to put numbers in but they are really meaningless in this case.

To the extent you are also capable of performing webmaster work, eg checking html for the new site for broken links, submitting to shopping portals, etc. we are also interested in hearing about this as well.
