Professional Supervision – Supervision of Directors of NPO’s and fundraisers. (2–6 hours/month)
Strategic Planning – Development of a long-term fundraising plan. (10–20 hours)
Foundation Work – Identification of potential sources of funding; writing of letters of inquiry, proposals, and reports; submission of documents, and follow up. Possibility of review and adaptation of existing materials in Hebrew or English. (35–100 hours)
Executive Recruitment – Recruitment of candidates for senior and junior fundraising positions, checking of references, setting up and participating in interviews and advice in the selection process, and transitional supervision and evaluation in initial months of employment.
Fundraising and Grantwriting Workshops and Courses (click for info) – For professional staff, lay leadership, volunteers, and aspiring professionals. (2–100 hours)
Creation of Friends Organizations and Resource Development Committees – Setting up infrastructures for resource development including Board committees, Friends groups locally and abroad: 20 hours a month for four months)
Events – Consultation and assistance in planning and implementing fundraising events, telethons, etc. (10-30 hours)
Virtual Fundraising – Assistance in fundraising via e-mail and via websites, including web site design (5-15 hours).
Corporate Sponsorships – Assistance in locating potential corporate sponsors, development of marketing materials addressing business sector interests and developing mechanisms for follow-up. (10-15 hours per month)
Email Newsletters and Appeals – Full service, from the creation of the lists to the preparation of materials for sending out (5-10 hours per month).
PR Materials – Preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, power point presentations, pledge cards, folders, solicitation scripts and campaign materials for use as fundraising aids.
Video Production – Production of fundraising films in a variety of languages in CD-ROM or DVD format (in conjunction with an external production company).
Telemarketing – Scripting, training of telephonists, campaign implementation, and follow-up.
