Having spent the last decade in management positions in the public and third (non-profit) sectors of the Israeli market, Jonny is both qualified and determined to improve the standard of third-sector management in Israel. "Third-sector organizations and professionals will receive appropriate recognition when they deserve appropriate recognition, no short-cuts, no back-slapping and dealing, just pure hard work in a structured manner." Jonny has a good record of transitional management of third-sector organizations, in Israel and abroad, leading them through periods of growth, restructuring, right-sizing and modernization, bringing together lay-leaders and professionals to build the right tools to reach the common aim.
Third sector organizations, and private companies wishing to provide services in the third sector market, are invited to contact Jonny in order to consult and outsource management, fundraising and marketing services to those who share the drive to make our country a better place to live.
Having proven himself able to promote Israel and Zionism to Canadians (whilst serving as senior emissary of the Jewish Agency to Winnipeg), Americans and citizens of the Commonwealth alike, oh, and to Israelis, Jonny is willing and able to share his knowledge and skills with businesses, organizations and individuals as invited.
Willing to share his own personal story in an open, personal, and often humorous way, Jonny is open to invitations to address seminars, dinners, parlour meetings, and other gatherings both in Israel and abroad.
In his spare time Jonny is a board member of Israel2020, and a national executive member of the Likud Anglo Division.
Jonny is married to Shlomit, and together they have two children, Yishai (5) and Adar (2).
Projects and speaking engagements are accepted in both Hebrew and English.
