Coaching, Successful Change Agents and Dealing Effectively with
Resistence to Change (at individual and company levels).
My goal is to introduce to the business world the most effective
innovative coaching methodologies for dealing with achieving higher
levels of results and success in all business areas --- this is
based on reconnecting the four levels of "disconnect" that human
beings and organizations can experience:
1. Disconnected from one's goals and visions (reconnecting to goal
and visions that enliven and inspire).
2. Disconnected from healthy professional states (i.e.overcoming
injuries and wounds of the past that were never healed)
3. Disconnected from healthy thought patterns and behaviors (i.e.
overcoming addictions and self-imprisonment, e.g. compulsive
negative thought patterns and/or constant negative behaviorial
patterns like procrastination)
4. Disconnected from unconscious and self defeating myths and
stories
My overall specialties are a results orientation,
project management and people management, facilitation, decision
making processes, marketing, education and skill development and
performance metrics (critical success factors).
As a coach my specialty is in quickly determining the root cause of
internal barriers and obstacles to success --- helping the
individual or company to devise SMR's (specific measureable
results) --- and helping the individual or company to achieve and
continuous improvement.
