Shalom,
My name is Marcia and I've been running an English
language day care center (mishpahton) in my home for the past 17
going
on 18 years. I'm American and thus English is my native
language.
The day care group is kept small to 6 children between the ages
of 3 mos. to 3 years.
The year that just closed I had a wonderful group of children, 2
yrs.
old, 3 yrs. old and 2 infants. This year I'm working with 24
month
olds and 14 month olds.
I run the day care in a large separate room which has loads of
daylight in my private home in Shikun Vatikim and in that room
we
work, play, eat and sleep. There is direct access from the day
care
center room to my full sized back yard in which the kids love to
play
& on the other side is my kosher kitchen.
