My name is Moshe Egel-Tal and I'm a payroll comptroller and analyst. Born in Chicago, Illinois I made Aliya at age 16 with my family.

served 3 years in the IDF in an elite Infantry unit and saw combat action in 2 wars:
Peace for the Galilee (1st Lebanon war) and Chomat Magen in Jenin.

In my spare time I am a Baseball Umpire in the Israel Association of Baseball, recently certified to umpire in Europe.

I reside in Jerusalem with my wife and 3 children.

Why am I paying health tax through my pay slip and also to kupat cholim (sick fund, i.e. medical insurance) as well ?
