Check up on your home regularly
and before arrival & after departure of
occupants (electricity, appliances, water, heating, security,
etc.)
Take care of any repairs by contacting repairmen and making sure
that the job is done well. Available to manage homes for rent
including checking renters in and out, providing cleaning service,
repairs, laundry, and any other services needed. I will be happy to
be your home manager. I am American bred (made aliyah),
responsible, trustworthy, and know how to give the service that you
want and need.
References will be provided for those that are
interested.

Prices: If vacant $100 per month (includes at a visit to apartment once a week. Includes: Checking security, electricity, water, bills (collecting and paying). This includes calling relevant companies to try and help bring down your costs of apartment while not using it.
Additional Services: Repairs, Construction, Laundry, Cleaning Service, Shopping (food or house goods) etc.
Rented on Yearly Basis: 300NIS per month (includes collecting money and making sure the apartment is serviced when necessary.
