Few relied on ‘For Sale’ posters, magazines, newspapers, television and radio. <\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n

Of buyers who used the internet, 85% worked in conjunction with Real Estate Agents, as their input was invaluable for the accumulation of knowledge.<\/em><\/font><\/p>\n

Part of the study also revealed 84% of purchasers in their search for Real Estate Brokers claimed the information on the internet was poorly displayed with an absence of local information and outdated market data.<\/font><\/p>\n

As our society moves away from an industrialized economy into an information-based economy, the nature of selling has also changed.<\/font><\/p>\n

For first-home buyers the purchase of a home or an apartment is often the biggest decision in a lifetime and the old-fashioned method of just Buy and Sell is passe.<\/font><\/p>\n

An old Russian proverb says there are two fools for every market. One who asks too little, one who asks too much.<\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n
