Work Experience:  2004 – present.  Provide volunteer part time English & business math tutoring to adults, as well as educational, employment, financial, & life counseling to yeshiva students.  Developed a basic  Business English course for an Israeli teachers’ college.  Part-time free lance writer – articles on JANGLO & ETNI blog websites.

Received cash awards for recovering thousands of dollars for Medicare/Medicaid.

  • Conducted financial audits & then recovery actions involving Medicare/Medicaid cost reports.
  • Conducted legal reviews of State Agency & Medicare contractor management agreements.
  • Prepared legal depositions for U.S. Attorney (S. California) for Medicare/Medicaid fraud litigation.
  • Evaluated & designed payment systems for a $250 million Medicare outpatient mental health program.
