Is Real Estate in Israel Overpriced ?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes ! Prices in the Jerusalem<\/span> and Tel-Aviv areas are comparable to those in other major world centers. However, Real Estate in Israel is fundamentally different than in the U.S. or Western Europe for a number of very important reasons.
