Originally from North Carolina, I have lived in Israel for the most part since 1981. Over the years, I have come to know the country quite well, was associated with the Israel Voluntary Tourist Service and worked as the Jerusalem Representative for a major American tour operator which brings regular group & private tours to Israel.

I have guided private walking & driving tours, small & large group tours by bus, AACI Holiday Walking Tours and introduced family & friends to some of my favorite spots in Jerusalem and throughout Israel.

After completing the intensive 2-year course of lectures, field trips, report writing, research, reading, practice guiding, and exams on top of exams (whew!), in 2000, I graduated from the Archaeological Seminars Tour Guide School.

Now, I'm a licensed tour guide and tourism consultant, giving walking tours of Jerusalem and driving (in client's rental car or in hired van or mini-bus) & bus tours all over the country, helping people with their plans to visit & answering questions about Israeli life.
