Invest in Property in Israel
In these turbulent financial times, very few investors are looking to take big risks.
The economy in Israel seems to holding relatively strong, and this is clearly because of 2 things….
1. Credit cards in Israel are linked to a persons bank account, it is more similar to a debit card than a credit card, so the banks have more control over a persons spending.
2. Banks in Israel will only give up to 60-70% mortgage when buying a house, and the banks here are much more careful about who they lend to than other places around the world have been in the past.
Of course what is happening in the markets has effected the markets and investors in Israel, and many companies in Israel whose Head Quarters are overseas have seen and will continue to see lay-offs. Therefore what is happening in Israel is more a reflection of what is going on overseas rather than being directly caused by the economy in Israel itself. In a nutshell this is why property prices in Israel are holding strong and should continue to do so.
From a purchasing point of view, many developers and investors that are looking to sell are doing so because of other investments that have lost money in the markets and other places, and there are some sellers who are willing to come down on price for a ‘quick sale’, which obviously means that now is a great time to buy.
In light of this, I have decided to focus on several property deals (and I have access to many).
Rather than tying myself down to specific property deals and then putting together the investment group I have decided to work the other way around……
If you would be interested in investing $200,000 upwards, and be a part of a group of 5 to 10 investors then please send an e-mail to isratechsrvcs@gmail.com with a contact telephone number. I will be in touch with you in the next week or so to find out what might interest you, and based on the response that I get I will find the right kind of property, and build the ‘package’ accordingly. Obviously you will not be obligating yourself to anything, but it will give me an idea of what interests people most and what I should look for.
I look forward to hearing from those of you that have a serious interest.
Best regards,
Yaakov Sandler
