The highly experienced caterer, popularly known as Chef Paul has practiced in the food business for more than 20 years with experience in four continents.
According to Paul, Israel has the fastest growing market worldwide for organic food.
During the 20th century large supplies of new synthetic chemicals were introduced to the food supply. However, since the early 1990s organic food production has grown around 20% a year, far ahead of the rest of the food industry in both developed and developing nations.
Noting this significant and changing trend, Paul Hyams developed his unique catering service in Jerusalem. Recently, he moved to Modi’in to cater for the growing market for organic food in the center of the country.
