Liza KleinChief Operations Officer, Liza Klein is the Chief Operations Officer for NIT. She joined the company in 2005 after understanding the company’s potential and its strategic direction. With more than 15 years of consulting experience, she has led NIT to adopt the right management techniques and technology capabilities to continue the company’s successful growth track. In her role as COO, Ms. Klein manages all operations at NIT including help desk, the technology unit, HR, marketing and strategic partnerships. Additionally, she supports business development projects and software development.Prior to NIT, Ms. Klein served as the Vice President and General Manager of Tel Hai Academy in Israel where she led the science college to a successful merger with another college. This brought the Academy to new heights and improved its overall excellence in services, leadership and research. She credits her background in strategic planning, the ability to develop a vision for the college and team-building skills with helping her realize these goals. She also served as the COO of Anash Institute, one of Israel’s leading consulting companies. There, Ms. Klein led the organization with strong strategic and customer development in the highly competitive high-tech industry.Ms. Klein’s business skills and experience include: 15 years of operational, administrative and consulting experience in the technology industry, performing a leading role in the merger and acquisition of the organization. She holds BA in Psychology and an Msc in Business Management with expertise in organizational behavior.Ms. Klein believes that the ability to build a successful service company depends on three things: courage, caring about your internal and external clients and the reliable, consistent implementation of core values.
