I am a certified Reflexologist and Massage Therapist from Maayanot school of alternative medicine. My main expertise is in stress relief through reflexology as this is the main concern of most of my patients. Reflexology is an ancient method of healing originated in India and Egypt. It involves massaging and pressing on points in the feet and hands which are connected to the rest of the body. Thus bringing relief to the body as a whole. My massage technique includes Swedish massage and some Deep Tissue massage. I hold a certificate to teach karate from Wingate and have been teaching children and adults for 4 years. I also teach private lessons and self defense.
