I need someone who is will to learn the program, fix up the program if necessary so that it can be modified more easily, and then do the projects for the clients.

The programmer will only be paid once the clients start paying us, and will be getting $100/hr or more depending on experience no other benefits. There will be absolutely no advances on pay for work not done for the client, we have done this before and lost money.

I need someone with experience in C++,C# you do not need to be very familiar with trading systems although experience would be very helpful.
Good references required.
