Writing and Translation, 1992-present

* Wrote articles for local and American Jewish magazines.

* Translated correspondence for Arad-based non-profit organization.

* Translated manuscript of Three Generations of Hebrew Holocaust Poetry (working title), including translations of samples of poetry for Prof. Hanna Yaoz, Bar-Ilan University.

* Abstracted, edited and translated various book chapters, articles and masters’ theses for university students in English literature, social work and psychology.

* Outsourced to the Amdocs company to develop technical documentation and training materials for clients in the US, UK and Australia, consistently meeting tight deadlines.

* Created user guides and online-help for an application that dealt with all aspects of a national Yellow Pages business.

* Developed training curricula for Amdocs software products, including slide presentations, hands-on exercises and simulations.

* Determined appropriate, user-friendly content from product’s functional specs, and design documents, interviews with subject matter experts, and use of the product.

* Edited and proofread technical documentation and training resources created by fellow team members for standard style, consistency, clarity and accuracy.
