Change:
.
Changes in thinking. Changes in ways of doing. It’s not always easy. It requires soul-searching and introspection. It requires, at least at times, admitting that the current way might not be the best way. Yes, admitting that we might be on the wrong track can force us not only to admit we might be wrong, it can send us back to the drawing-board to re-write reality.
.
In the world of Business, however, periodic reassessment is not always optional, it can, instead, be born of necessity. Yet the need to change from time to time can affect so many facets and aspects of our businesses: Marketing, Advertising and Communication…to name but a few.

Let’s jump in our time-machine and set the dial for the 1950s. Yes, a time and a place where attitudes, accepted norms and ways of doing business were quite a bit different from those of today. Ah, the changes that have taken place since!

Hamed,

GRAPHIC REMINDER to the rescue! There are so many video clips available that can spruce up an article. Glad you enjoyed.

Joe,
It’s very dangerous having people of stature and respect pitching products that are harmful. It entices people to take risks and risk harm.
I wonder how that doctor is doing these days? A commentary he is, at least, on the way thinking and attitudes change.
